The Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced proactive sales professionals to join our Watford office. This role will focus on building and developing relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and partners to drive new business opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting our specialist lending products and ensuring our broker network is fully supported. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with brokers and introducers. Identify and convert new business opportunities in the market. Present and promote our product offering to brokers through meetings, calls, and events. Deliver excellent service and support to ensure strong broker loyalty. Work closely with BDMs on the road to ensure smooth application and completion processes. About You Proven track record in business development, ideally within lending, property sales or lettings .
