Working within a commercial team (not fundraising), you will help organisations adopt resources that support carers in the workplace by engaging with HR and Diversity and Inclusion leaders across sectors.Key Responsibilities:Identify and research new business leads, converting prospects into membersEngage directly with client organisations to promote the forum s value propositionManage the onboarding process for new members and ensure a smooth client experienceSupport retention through excellent customer service and client supportContribute to marketing and communication strategies, including content creation and event supportAbout You:Proven experience in B2B sales, new business generation, or account managementStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in liaising at all levelsA proactive and organised self-starter who can manage competing prioritiesUnderstanding of, or interest in, HR and workplace
