You will provide care and support to the children and young people in the service. Your duties will include: Providing care and support to young people Providing guidance and help Helping with activities, education and daily living tasks Helping children to settle into the service Helping with preparation for leaving care services Full training and induction is provided, so if you are looking for your first role in social care, this will be a great opportunity. You must have a caring nature and you will need to be patient, understanding and be able to build rapport and relationships with vulnerable young people. As this is a 24/7 service you will be required to work a range of shifts to include sleep ins. Immediate interviews are available.
