This is a hands-on role supporting the maintenance of the sewerage network, responding to issues at Customer Houses and helping ensure the network remains safe, reliable and well maintained. You''ll also play an important role in delivering a high level of customer service when working with customers, colleagues and members of the public. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly to failures and issues across the sewerage network and investigate the cause. Complete accurate records of work using electronic devices and relevant paperwork. Produce CCTV reports using WinCan software in line with company standards. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects. Work safely at all times, protecting yourself, colleagues, customers and members of the public. Work effectively as part of a team to meet agreed targets and performance standards. Provide excellent customer service when dealing with internal and external customers. Follow company policies, procedures and operational requirements.
