This role is ideal for a confident HR generalist who can provide hands-on support across HR operations, employee relations, and project work.Key Responsibilities Act as a key point of contact for HR queries across the businessSupport managers with ER processes: absence, performance, investigations, grievances, disciplinariesAssist with recruitment, interview evaluation, and HR tech improvementsIdentify Landamp;D needs and support performance review processesConduct absence reviews and wellbeing meetingsReview and update HR policies and job descriptionsUse HR systems to manage and report on dataLead and support HR projects and ad hoc tasks Skills Strong HR generalist backgroundConfident managing ER casesAble to build strong relationships with managers and employeesComfortable working independently and onsite 3 days per week Lastly, this is an initial 3-month contract with high likelihood for extension so ideally the successful candidate is available to start in a matter of weeks.
