Service ManagerFranchised Motor Dealership - SouthportOur client, a fantastic, well-established employer are now recruiting for a motivated Service Manager As an important member of the management team, you will be expected to run an efficient department, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, motivating and training staff whilst improving processes and systems as well as driving the business forward. Key Responsibilities:Maximise customer satisfaction by treating everyone as an individual and delivering an exceptional service experienceEnsure the business maintains regular contact with all existing customers ensuring service levels are being met, issues are being resolved and further business opportunities identified.Monitor department performance against budget, identify any shortfall and implement plans to improve the performanceProvide guidance, training and appraisals to each of the Service team to encourage a forward-thinking attitude which will help them achieve their full potentialEncourage all staff to recognise additional business opportunities through the use of regular briefings and the implementation of appropriate systems and incentives.Recruit, select, train and develop staff as requiredEnsure dealer standards are met and systems and procedures are complied with, whenever commercially viable.
