Our client is supporting the Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP) and is seeking an experienced transformation consultant to help shape the future Digital Function supporting the programme through improved operating models, governance, organisational effectiveness and business change. Working within a highly secure and complex environment, you''ll support Digital Leadership in improving how digital capabilities are organised, prioritised, governed and delivered across multiple value streams supporting a large-scale engineering and technology ecosystem. This is not a traditional project or programme management position. The role focuses on operating models, governance, benefits realisation, organisational effectiveness and helping a Digital Function mature in support of one of the UK''s most strategically important defence initiatives.
