In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, high-quality finishes on a variety of vehicles, using your expertise from preparation to final inspection. Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and applying primers. Expertly mix and match paints to achieve perfect colour matches. Apply paint using spray guns to ensure a flawless, even finish free from imperfections. Conduct detailed touch-ups and final finishing work. Perform quality inspections on completed work to ensure it meets the highest industry standards. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored. Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain workflow and meet deadlines. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive environment. Demonstrable ability to manage the full paint process, from preparation to completion, to a high standard. Specific, hands-on experience with water-based paints. Strong, up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and standards. A stable and consistent work history. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
