Working on a hybrid basis, the successful incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Executive Director in this newly created role. This is a growth-oriented role ideal for someone eager to take on new challenges and expand their skill set. You will provide a high quality support service to the Executive Director, providing high-level administrative support, managing complex schedules, and assisting with key projects. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the housing/construction sector, be tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. It could also be a fantastic role for a recent graduate looking to build their career in the sector and ideally be graduate calibre. Duties To provide confidential administrative support to the Executive Director Complex diary management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements Project management skills ensuring deadlines are met Ability to draft reports / presentations / presentation script writing Confident approach Prepare agendas and take minutes at Management Board meetings Skills Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to coordinate complex schedules and competing priorities Strong written and spoken communication skills Highly computer literate including Microsoft 365 and the willingness to embrace AI to improve efficiency
