With a supportive environment, comprehensive training, and a range of benefits, this position is perfect for someone looking to advance their career in engineering leadership.Shifts- Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30Salary £40,000 to £44,000 plus Benefits What You Will Do:- Lead and manage a team of Reliability Engineers, ensuring asset performance and maintenance strategies are effectively delivered.- Champion proactive maintenance strategies, including predictive and condition-based approaches, to minimise downtime and maximise equipment availability.- Analyse performance data to identify root causes of equipment failure and implement solutions.- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to coordinate planned maintenance and improvement activities.- Support the development and execution of the site''s maintenance and reliability roadmap.- Oversee asset care documentation, from PM reviews to calibration schedules, ensuring compliance with standards.What You Will Bring:- HND or higher qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).- Proven experience in reliability or maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.-
