The Role As a Sub Agent, you will oversee small-value civil engineering and construction sites, or support senior management on larger projects. You will ensure projects meet delivery objectives, maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, environmental compliance, and cost control. Key Responsibilities Site Management Manage and ensure commercial performance of projects. Deliver projects on time and within budget. Prepare and maintain project programmes. Interpret drawings and specifications accurately. Provide engineering expertise to project teams. Conduct site inductions and ensure staff competency. Act as a company ambassador with clients and third parties. Produce accurate monthly progress reports. Chair weekly site meetings and manage as-built documentation.
