This luxury focused high-end hotel are currently looking for a senior Pastry Chef to join the kitchen brigade and run that part of the kitchen.Reporting into an Executive Chef you will be responsible for the development and management of a team of four. As Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for the production of all breads, desserts, and pastries across the whole estate. Which includes a fine-dining restaurant, lounge bar and events.For this Head Pastry Chef role you must have a decent track record within the pastry kitchens of five-star hotels or Michelin star restaurants to at least Sous Chef level.
