Current projects include: A new 5,500-capacity stand is being delivered at a historic football ground, complete with hospitality, media, and player facilities, transforming one of the oldest stadiums in the world. At the heart of a major university campus, a world-class library and teaching building is being created, setting a new benchmark for student learning and academic resources. The first new build on a landmark city-centre site will provide 500,000ft of high-quality commercial office space alongside community facilities, forming the cornerstone of a wider regeneration. Key Responsibilities: Lead on the delivery of mechanical building services design, producing calculations, drawings, and technical specifications. Utilise Revit and IES software to support high-performance, sustainable building design. Ensure projects are completed to an excellent standard, within agreed deadlines and budgets. Represent the consultancy at client, design team, and supplier meetings.
