This individual has lived successfully in his current home for over a decade and requires thoughtful, consistent support due to a combination of needs, including learning disability, autism, psychotic illness, epilepsy, and type 2 diabetes. This role is vital in ensuring the highest quality of care and safeguarding while also leading and motivating a team of seven Specialist Behaviour Support Workers. You will need to balance compassion with strong leadership, ensuring compliance with CQC standards while keeping team morale high and maintaining a safe, structured, and positive environment.
