Working closely with Production Leads and employees, the role focuses on identifying risks, preventing incidents, improving product quality, and promoting a positive culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.You will take a proactive, hands-on approach to monitoring standards, investigating issues, challenging unsafe behaviours, and coaching colleagues to ensure safe working practices are consistently followed.
