We re on the lookout for a compassionate, proactive, and energetic Support Worker to join our team and deliver person-centred, strengths-based support to our residents. You ll work closely with individuals to understand their goals, strengths, and aspirations supporting them to build confidence and move forward with purpose. You ll manage a caseload of residents, guiding them through referrals, interviews, and assessments with empathy and professionalism.
