We''re looking for an Embedded Software Manager to lead our engineering team in Whiteley. This would suit an experienced embedded software leader who enjoys developing people, improving how software is delivered and setting the technical direction for a team working on complex products. With a substantial team to manage, day-to-day coding will be limited, but you''ll need the technical background to contribute to code reviews, understand engineering challenges and support sound design decisions.
