Construction Site Manager
Birmingham | circa -380 - -390 Per Day CIS | Immediate Start
Major Infrastructure Project | 12 Month Contract + | Civil / Water Infrastructure

Immediate opportunity for an experienced Construction Site Manager to join a major infrastructure project in Birmingham, alongside the HS2 programme.

Working on significant civil engineering and infrastructure works, this role would suit someone with a background in water treatment plants, water infrastructure or large-scale civil construction projects.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors and construction activities
• Raising FCR''s, Following ITP, Raising Permits
• Oversee health and safety, quality and programme delivery.
• Coordinate site teams and principal contractors to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Maintain site documentation, RAMS and construction records.

The Person

• Previous experience as a Construction Site Manager on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Ideally experienced in water treatment plants, water infrastructure or utilities.
• Relevant SMSTS, CSCS Gold, CITB quals
• Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor experience advantageous.
• Experience working with major principal contractors such as Kier, BAM, Balfour Beatty or similar.
