The position will be to work in a Stand-alone Position, involving a varied caseload including Contracts and Contract Reviews, Disputes with Customers and Clients, MandA (acquiring lots of small business), Property, Compliance, Data Privacy and Intellectual Property.They ideally want someone with in-house counsel experience, ideally with a background in a manufacturing or industrial sectors.
