As Manufacturing Engineer, you''ll work alongside the Principal Manufacturing Engineer to redesign processes from the ground up. You''ll help strengthen existing manufacturing cells, support new product introductions, and embed Lean principles into everything you do. From conducting PFMEA''s and designing tooling to validating processes and creating clear work instructions, you''ll be at the heart of a transformation that improves lead times, enhances quality, and makes production more efficient.
