Head of Finance Salford (Hybrid) £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus Retail/E-commerce Number 1 reporting to CEO Axon Moore are partnering with a high-growth consumer brand to recruit their first senior finance leader. This is a newly created Head of Finance position, reporting directly to the founders and leadership team, offering the opportunity to build and shape the finance function during a critical phase of growth. The business has achieved exceptional year-on-year growth and is now entering the next stage of its journey, with ambitious plans to significantly increase revenue over the coming years. As a result, they are seeking a commercially minded finance professional who can provide strategic insight whilst also establishing the controls, processes and infrastructure required to support scale.
