As Construction Manager you will be responsible for:Providing strategic and professional guidance to the Contracts Managers, Project Managers and members of the teamLead of all construction aspects of the business'' work Working collaboratively with the Managing Director, project teams and sub-contractors, building strong and trusted working relationshipsDeveloping team capabilities and shaping the future strategyThe role will also include a significant client facing role where you will establish new relationships and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsRequirements:Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field (desirable)Extensive experience (10+ years) in residential groundworks subcontractingPrevious experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager or Construction DirectorStrong leadership and team management capabilities, with a background in leading multi-disciplinary teamsClient relationship skills with the ability to understand and align with client objectives, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction (ideally from a Site Engineer background) able to read drawingsProven ability to identify ..... full job details .....
