We have an exciting internal opportunity for a Multi-Site Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and proactive individual to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support our continued business growth.

Ideally, you will come from a Recruitment Consultancy background and have a strong understanding of the pace, demands, and customer service expectations associated with the role.

About the Multi site Recruitment Consultant role

The primary focus of this position is to source, attract, interview, and induct candidates across multiple locations throughout the Midlands and Staffordshire regions. While the role will be primarily based in the Brownhills, Walsall area, regular travel to support recruitment activities across various sites will be required.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment services to both existing clients and new customers introduced through our Business Development Team, ensuring a high-quality candidate and client experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Areas Covered Include:

• Walsall, Brownhills, Wolverhampton and Wednesbury
• Cannock, Stafford, Lichfield and Burntwood
• Derby and Burton
• Stoke-on-Trent
• Birmingham

Key Responsibilities

As a Multi-Site Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including:

• Writing and posting engaging job advertisements
• Sourcing and attracting quality candidates
• Organising and conducting interview days
• Interviewing candidates both on-site and at remote locations
• Ensuring full compliance and right-to-work documentation is completed accurately
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
• Coordinating client interviews and induction processes
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Supporting The Job People''s growth strategy through exceptional recruitment delivery

About You

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys getting under the skin of a client''s business and understanding their recruitment needs. You will be service-focused, commercially aware, and willing to go the extra mile to find the right person for every role.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous Recruitment Consultancy experience (Branch, Onsite or Account Management)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, customer-focused approach with a strong "can-do" attitude
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different locations

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience maintaining and reporting management information and recruitment metrics
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs
• The ability to deliver a positive recruitment experience for both candidates and clients
• A sound understanding of compliance requirements and current employment legislation
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the designated regions

Details of a Multi Site Recruitment Consultant

Basic salary from -27k to -35k basic - plus a company bonus scheme

Working hours are 40 hours per week - needs and must of the business

Generally 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm Friday

Primarily based from Brownhills, Walsall area but will need to be flexible due to client demands
