Our client''s ethos is centred on exceptional customer care; due to continued growth they are now recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding Private Client Team. Our clients Private Client Team has a wealth of experienced solicitors working with them; therefore, they are looking for a junior Private Client Solicitor to bring a new edge to the firm our client will consider candidates looking for part-time hours. Responsibilities To undertake fee earning work, working both independently with minimal supervision and as a member of the team To maintain existing relations with the firm''s clients and assist and help develop new relationships Managing private client matters, with a particular focus on: Preparation of Wills and trusts, advising clients regarding LPAs and Deputy Orders Administration of estates and trusts Tax and Trust Planning Some Residential Conveyancing work Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring client matters and information are kept confidential.
