This is a unique opportunity responsible to support the development of aerodrome procedures, ensuring Heathrow s Airside operation applies continuous improvement methodologies to develop safe, efficient and compliant aerodrome procedures applicable to the complex operation at Heathrow. The post holder will work closely with other members of the Airside Operations and Operational Safety Improvement teams to ensure procedures meet Quality and Safety Management Systems requirement, and with the Airfield Operations team to ensure that procedures are safe, practicable and meet the needs of the operation.
