Annual Salary: £30,000 (pro rata)

Days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 9am– 4pm

Network Healthcare are seeking a confident and motivated Training Consultant to support the Induction and ongoing training of our Domiciliary Care Staff.

Based in our Swindon Branch, this role is crucial to maintaining high-quality care through professional training.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver Induction Training to New Candidates
- Deliver regular updates and Refresher training to existing staff.
- Support existing carers with E-Learning (3 Yearly)
- Ensure all training information is clear and understood by Carers.
- Maintain and Update Accurate Training records to ensure good compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

- A strong background / Experience of working in Health and Social Care (Desired)
- Experience with delivering Training in a healthcare setting. (Preferred)
- Be able to adapt training in a way that supports carer’s needs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Be Confident in delivering hands-on, Classroom style training.
