Hours of Work: full time 37.5 hours per week As College Director Principal, you will provide strategic leadership and hands-on operational management for ARUC, one of the fastest-growing colleges within the Navitas Europe division. Working closely with the Anglican Ruskin University, you will drive student recruitment and growth, enhance the student experience, ensure academic quality and regulatory compliance, and strengthen the university partnership through strong governance and stakeholder engagement.
