Corporate/Partnership Senior Tax Associate - needed - £90k + bonusWe are representing a leading Accounting Firm based in Central London, they are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Corporate/Partnership Senior Tax Associate to join their team on a permanent basis - paying up to £90k + bonus for the right personThe incumbentwill have experience in assisting in the management of portfolio corporate clients. Duties Include:The review of US Corporate and Partnership tax returns along with the associated underlying calculations applying the applicable US tax concepts (some complex)Conducting research to provide technical solutions and deliverables for clients.The preparation of budgets. Liaising with clients with guidance. Conducting research of US tax concepts, with the ability to demonstrate technical knowledge in US tax applicable and following the developments in US taxation including latest technology. Requirements:Current US CPA, Enrolled Agent or similar qualification preferred, or progress towards becoming a US CPA, Enrolled AgentLooking for someone with over two years'' experience in corporate or partnership US tax compliance Private Equity Fund exposure would be a ''nice to have''.Proficient in Excel and a major tax preparation software required (they are using CCH Axcess)Mentoring junior team members
