This is an exciting, newly created opportunity for a talented Data Analyst who enjoys getting stuck into complex data, building meaningful reporting solutions and using insights to influence business decisions. Our client is looking for someone who can go beyond simply producing reports. They need a proactive, analytical individual who can take ownership of data, challenge existing processes and develop dashboards and reporting tools that make a genuine difference to the business. Key responsibilities: Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards from scratch, providing meaningful workforce insights Use SQL to extract, query, validate and transform data from multiple systems Analyse complex datasets, identifying trends, patterns and opportunities to support business decisions Develop reporting solutions covering key people metrics including headcount, absence, attrition and diversity Use data modelling, DAX and Power Query to develop accurate and effective reporting tools Take ownership of data quality, governance and reporting processes, ensuring information is accurate and reliable Deliver ..... full job details .....
