Job Title: MEP Revit Technician

Location: Farringdon, London (5-minute walk from Farringdon Station)

Salary: -30,000 - -45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based

About the Role:
A leading subcontracting firm in the construction industry is seeking talented MEP Revit Technicians to join their growing team. Working primarily on Stage 4 and Stage 5 projects, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed MEP models and drawings, collaborating closely with design teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP Revit models for Stage 4 and Stage 5 projects.
• Coordinate with design teams and contractors to ensure design accuracy and resolve clashes.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation.
• Support project delivery with timely updates and revisions to models.
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards and best practices across projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP Revit Technician within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
