The Role: This role is a great opportunity to join Hampshire County Council if you have experience of working with children and families. You will be based in the busy Children''s Reception Team processing new referrals in respect of vulnerable children and young people from within the contact centre. What you''ll do: Process new referrals that are received via telephone, emails, Inter Agency referral forms Use a person-centred approach to analyse the risks and strengths presented towards children, young people and their families. Make sound recommendations based on the referral information received in line with the Hampshire Safeguarding Children Board and Children''s Trust Thresholds Chart and confidently identify the risks and strengths.
