Shift Pattern- Double Days, 6 am till 2pm and 2pm till 10pm- 6 on 3 off What You Will Do: - Work within a proactive maintenance team to reduce engineering downtime and enhance productivity. - Perform maintenance and fault-finding tasks on advanced industrial machinery, including injection moulding machines and assembly lines. - Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and troubleshoot PLC and drive systems. - Ensure all engineering activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations. - Provide 24/7 breakdown support as part of a maintenance team for a busy manufacturing site. - Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement across engineering processes.
