This role involves handling inbound calls from residents, providing information, resolving queries, and managing complaints related to waste services.Your new role With a new waste policy going live on 15th September, we''re looking to onboard staff in August to ensure full training is completed. Training typically lasts one to two weeks and will prepare you to handle a variety of customer interactions confidently. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage difficult conversations. You''ll be dealing with complaints and complex queries, so previous customer service experience is essential.
