My client are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Librarian to inspire and support their students in their educational journey. Role Overview: As a School Librarian, you will play a crucial role in managing our library resources and promoting a culture of reading and research among students. You will work closely with teachers to support the curriculum and provide a welcoming environment for all library users. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organise the library''s collection of books, digital resources, and other materials.Assist students and staff in locating and using library resources effectively.Develop and implement engaging library programs and activities to promote literacy and learning.Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum needs and integrate library resources into classroom activities.Maintain an inviting and orderly library environment. Previous experience working in a library setting would be advantageous but not essential. A DBS is required for the role.
