This is a varied opportunity where your organisation and attention to detail will help coordinate documentation, scheduling, reporting and communication across engineering activities. You ll work with colleagues across the business and play an important part in maintaining accurate technical information and supporting operational efficiency. The Opportunity: As an Engineering Administrative Support professional you ll play a key role in: • Managing warranty claims, liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to help move each claim forward effectively. • Maintaining engineering documentation, drawings and technical records, including creating and managing accurate Bills of Materials for new and existing products. • Coordinating engineering meetings and project updates, including preparing agendas and taking clear, accurate minutes. • Supporting procurement activity by raising purchase requests, tracking deliveries and helping maintain effective communication between teams. • Compiling reports, KPIs and engineering data, while supporting calendars, travel arrangements and collaboration with production, quality, health and safety and other departments.
