Sales Administrator Wythenshawe Up to 25,000 + company bonus Working for a well-established worldwide manufacturer and distributor in Wythenshawe, our client is seeking a sales order processor to help with daily administrative tasks of the office. Key duties will include: Taking orders via phone and email Taking debit/credit card payments Responding to queries, informing customers with the latest update Informing customers of no stock items and offering them alternatives Receiving calls from customers over the phone and via email, processing any administrative tasks Processing returns and re-issuing orders for faulty or damaged goods Undertaking all other administrative tasks required as part of the team The ideal candidate will have order processing experience with a high level of customer service, good attention to detail and a very friendly and confident telephone manner and can work as part of a lively team as well as using your own initiative.
