The role involves weekend working and occasional weekday or holiday cover, making it ideal for a semi-retired professional seeking a part-time commitment. The project includes removal and installation of all services, roofing, enabling works, and some civil engineering tasks. The current phase is 21 weeks in duration, with approximately two years of further phases anticipated. The successful candidate must be adaptable and willing to provide support as required, working under PAYE Umbrella arrangements only.
