Start Date 14/4/2025 Hours of Work For a Factory Operative: Monday to Friday - Hours are between 06:00 - 16:30 Flexibility required Overtime paid at time and half and double time. Pay For A Factory Operative: 12.59 per hour basic Overtime rates are paid at time and a half and double time Post 12 weeks will increase to 13.40 per hour Duties Of a Factory Operative: Loading machinery. Ensuring Health and Safety policy is complied with at all times. Working within a team. Ensuring machinery is running consistently. Communicating as issues or faults.
