Management Accountant Job Description The Company and Group Global Ridgeway Management Limited was formed in 2012 as an administrative, accounting and back-office service company, supporting a privately owned international group operating across insurance, reinsurance and broking. The group operates across insurance, reinsurance and broking, with a primary presence in Africa and wider business activity across the US, Asia, and the Middle East. The Role Reporting to: Financial Controller Location: Ampthill, Bedfordshire Working pattern: office-based, with flexibility to work remotely where required Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months (with the possibility of extension or a permanent position) Role Purpose We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to support the finance function during a period of maternity leave cover and organisational transition. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will take ownership of key month-end processes, management reporting and financial analysis, while supporting stakeholders, guiding junior team members and contributing to the implementation of a bespoke operating system and a new accounting system.
