IT FIELD ENGINEER We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Field Engineer. This role requires a hands-on individual with solid experience in patching, switching, laptop builds, and Intune management, alongside a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Build and configure laptops according to client specifications. Manage and troubleshoot devices via Intune for deployment, configuration, and maintenance. Provide customer support with a strong focus on user experience and satisfaction. Ensure all on-site work is completed in a timely and professional manner. Travel to client locations as needed (driving license is essential). Maintain accurate records of work performed and report back to the team. Skills and Experience: Experience as a Field Engineer, IT Support Technician, or similar role. Experience with patching and switching in network environments. Proficiency in laptop builds and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with Intune for device management and deployment. Strong customer service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor. A valid driving license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
