Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Facilities Manager to lead, develop and expand their Facilities Management offering.This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a standalone FM division, creating a profitable service line while taking ownership of compliance, operational delivery, client relationships and business development. The successful candidate will join the senior leadership team and play a key role in the future growth of the business.Your new roleAs Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing the client base and establishing a market-leading Facilities Management service.You will lead the delivery of Hard and Soft FM services across a varied commercial property portfolio comprising office, industrial and retail assets, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, governance and customer service.
