Leading a team of Project Managers and working closely with customers to design and deliver tailored projects.The Skills You Will Need:To succeed in this role, you ll need to hold a recognised Programme or Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, PMP, or an equivalent qualification.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in programme documentation and delivery.Proven experience in managing multiple projects and managing project teams.For this role, a full driving license is required, and the position is subject to a standard DBS check.The Package:Ongoing training and support.Company Profit Share (first £3,600 is tax free).22 days annual leave plus bank holiday (increasing with length of service).Additional paid leave for your birthd
