Role description: This role offers the opportunity to join the Human Factors team at Radway Green, where you will contribute to Basis of Safety documentation by identifying human factor risks and ensuring processes remain ALARP in line with COMAH Regulations. You will support the development, review and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Critical Task Screening and Human Failure Analysis .
