Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.This is a varied role offering more than traditional estimating. Alongside preparing costs and tender submissions, you''ll work closely with clients, price projects through established frameworks and help develop the company''s order book.The position would suit someone with experience in commercial construction, refurbishment or maintenance who enjoys combining detailed estimating with client relationships and business development.What you''ll be doingReviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents to establish the full scope of worksProducing accurate estimates covering labour, materials, plant and subcontractor costsPricing projects through established frameworksPreparing tenders, quotations and supporting submission documentsLiaising with clients to clarify requirements and develop commercially viable proposalsBuilding relationships with existing clients and identifying upcoming opportunitiesRe-engaging with previous and lapsed customers to help develop the order bookObtaining and reviewing quotations from suppliers and subcontractorsWorking alongside operational colleagues to ensure estimates reflect the practical delivery of each projectReviewing ..... full job details .....
