We ve got just the opportunity for you!Smart Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a highly respected manufacturing business in Chard, looking for a Office Administrator to join their team for up to 12-month contract. This is a vital role at the heart of operations supporting production, scheduling, stock control, and supplier communication.Your Day-to-Day Will Involve: Chasing deliveries, resolving supplier issues, and managing product queriesUpdating and maintaining accurate records using SAP and ExcelMonitoring stock levels and assisting in production planningSupporting the scheduling of customer orders and ensuring accurate data entryCollaborating with buyers, customer services, and management to ensure timely deliveryAssisting with document control and internal reporting What We re Looking For: A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressureHigh attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetProficient in Microsoft Excel and Office SuiteSAP experience is a plus but full training is provided!
