Production Operative
ASAP START | TEMP TO PERM for the right candidate

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy team based in Stafford Park.

Pay: £12.71 per hour (Pay increase after 12 weeks)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
Start: ASAP
Position: Temporary ongoing, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate


The Role
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving heavy lifting and manual work. Your duties will include:

• Unloading pallets and putting stock away
  
  
• Wrapping, stacking and storing panels
  
  
• Measuring, strapping and cutting steel parts
  
  
• Operating machinery – full training will be provided
  
  
• General warehouse and production duties
  
  
• Ensuring stock is handled and stored safely
  
  

• Be comfortable with heavy lifting and manual work
  
  
• Be able to use and read a tape measure  (millimetres)
  
  
• Have a good attitude and willingness to learn
  
  
• Be reliable and punctual
  
  
• Be comfortable working as part of a busy team
  
  
• Forklift licence is desirable, but not essential
