Our client, who are a leading college group, are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a busy, fast-paced role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of positions, working closely with hiring managers to deliver a professional, efficient and compliant recruitment service.Job Title: Recruitment Advisor (Temporary)Salary: £15.00 to £18.00 per hourLocation: Redhill, with occasional travel to South CroydonHours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5pmStart: ASAP - 4 weeks initially The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS clearance Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle including advertising, shortlisting, interviews and offersDirectly source high-quality candidates using job boards, social media and networkingProvide advice and guidance to managers on recruitment best practiceMaintain accurate recruitment records and produce reports as requiredSupport onboarding activity and ensure compliance with relevant policiesProvide cover within the HR team and support cross-site activities when requiredRequirements:Proven experience in a recruitment role (in-house experience desirable)Experience working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organisational skillsConfident user of Microsoft Office and recruitment systemsProactive and resourceful approach to candidate attractionUnderstanding of equality, safeguarding and data protection principlesThis temporary opportunity would suit
