This new role is pivotal in assisting the Finance Director to run the Accounts functions, meet deadlines, provide accurate data and manage the team. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare timely and accurate, detailed reporting, including weekly reports and monthly management accounts, including profit and loss account, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts. Review and assist with month end reconciliations, journals and cash flow updates. Monitor and analyse key financial performance indicators, providing insights to improve financial outcomes. Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Support other members of the finance team in AP and AR with training, technical expertise and hands on support. Collaborate with various departments to provide financial support for strategic decision-making.
