HR Business Partner - Sales

OverviewA fast-growing, entrepreneurial business that''s expanding at pace and now looking for an HRBP to join the team. This is a brand-new role and a key part of the wider people function.
Responsibilities
Support a recently acquired part of the business, working directly with the founders to bring them into the wider matrix.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive people projects and contribute to the UK team''s wider initiatives.
Think on your feet, anticipate stakeholder needs before they ask, and understand the ripple effect of your work across the business.
Operate with autonomy and bring credibility, emotional intelligence and confidence to work closely with senior leaders, including the C-Suite.
Travel to the Crawley site weekly to support the local team (travel expenses reimbursed).
Qualifications / Skills
Broad generalist HR experience with the ability to operate autonomously and strategically
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Experience working with senior leaders and the C-Suite
Excellent communication, adaptability and problem-solving skills
Location and TravelBased at the head office in Hammersmith with weekly travel to Crawley. Travel expenses are reimbursed.
