Site Manager - Office Fit Out

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office fit-out project in Central Birmingham.

The role will involve managing the day-to-day delivery of the project on site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards, and ensuring the works are delivered safely and efficiently.

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site
• Coordinating subcontractors and site trades
• Ensuring works are completed to programme and specification
• Managing health & safety on site
• Quality control and snagging
• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and project team
• Keeping site records and relevant documentation up to date
• Driving the project through to completion

• Previous experience managing commercial office fit-out projects
• Strong CAT B fit-out experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage subcontractors and drive a project forward
